Lauren Norris
Coach
Lauren is a born and bred Geraldton girl who is all about embracing that laid-back coastal lifestyle with her husband Paul. 🏝️
From a young age, Lauren was tumbling in gymnastics and busting moves on the dance floor and as she grew up, her love for staying active only got stronger. She tried her hand at everything from touch football to hockey, and is always up for a new challenge. Although she’s quite competitive, she also loves the social aspect of team sports. 🏉
She smashed out her Certificate III in Fitness in just 7 weeks, eager to dive into coaching headfirst. 🥇
For Lauren, fitness isn’t just about the grind – it’s about having fun with like-minded people. That’s why she loves mixing things up and keeping her classes fun and varied. 🤩
michael Jones
Coach
Moby has been training with Point Blank since January 2023. He joined after the unfortunate closing of Geraldton Boxing Centre, due to the death of the owner, Paul Barrett. 🥊
Moby believes that exercising is used to keep healthy and develop friendships. While he will help motivate anyone who wants it, true motivation needs to come from within, coaches can show you what to do and how to do it, but no-one except you can push yourself to do it. 🤩
