Strength

This class is designed to help you increase your strength while allowing your body to move without restrictions. We aim to get you to move without pain to get you to reach your mind and bodies full potential. We train using the strength through length philosophy powered by the Athletic Truth Group (ATG).

Boxercise

Capacity (8)

This class is designed to make you sweat. This class gets you fit using boxing as the main form of movement. You don't have to know how to box to enjoy this class and we cater to all fitness levels. You will be pushed to your limits and will work hard for the full 45mins. 

Bootcamp

Capacity (8)

This is our intense cardio and circuit styled class. It involves shorter work and rest times; keeping your heart pumping the whole session. A lot of exercises involved will be pushing you both mentally and physically to the end. You will be pushed hard but always with regressions to whatever level you're at. This is a family friendly class.

Personal Training

One to one

This is our one on one personal training sessions. These sessions are tailored exactly to what you want to achieve with your fitness goals. 

Competitive boxing

Invitation ONLY

This is an invite-only class and requires weekly commitment to push yourself to the next level. It is focused on working towards getting you competitive boxing bouts. There is lots of sparring and technical drills.

We are a small, indigenous co- owned, family run, locally operated business. davina whitney (nee wear) is a traditional owner of the malgana (shark bay) area and has strong connection to her culture.

 

Our focus and passion is in the detail - The functional techniques that make the difference between fighting to get fit and fighting fit.  we give you the knowledge and tools to better understand THE difference between injury and burnout vs sustainable progress.

Jake (owner and head coach) has been coaching fitness and boxing for over 5 years and has grown to appreciate the importance of explaining the WHY behind techniques and exercises. Understanding WHY and the mechanics behind what we do is foundational to good form, optimum physical and mental development. 

If you're into smaller sessions with much more attention from the trainer and enjoy learning whilst you get fitter, these classes are for you.
